2013 Emmy Awards Live Stream Info & Nomination List Included

The 2013 Emmy Awards is set to kick off in sunny Los Angeles, California at Nokia Theater on Sunday, September 22 at 8 pm ET on CBS.

Viewers will be able to watch the red carpet, backstage action, outside the Governors Ball and other behind-the-scenes moments all via free live streams through their computers, tablet or mobile phone. I know, I know, try not to squirm while I delve into more detail!

E news will present E! Live From The Red Carpet beginning at 5:55 p.m. EST both on the E! network and online. The viewing of the free live streaming of E! Live From The Red Carpet will be available here.

The Television Academy is providing a free streaming of The Backstage Live event, which will be available to watch online at 7 pm ET. The Backstage Live will not only take you behind the scenes of the Emmy Awards with backstage footage, but also will offer red carpet coverage with the inclusion of celebrity arrivals at the Governors Ball.

Backstage Live is also actively utilizing social media to encourage engagement between viewers and staff members. For example, there will be interactive polls and quizzes and chat using #EmmysChat.

Additionally, iTunes is offering iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch users with iOS 5.0 or later with an Emmys app.

The Emmys app will enable you to read and watch all the latest news, videos and photo galleries from the 2013 Emmy Awards.

The Emmy Awards app also offers bios and reveals details for Emmy Award nominees for 2013 and past years.

You can also use the app to follow along with the live 2013 Emmy Awards. The great thing about this app is it will update you in real-time with all of the award winners. It will also include photo and video highlights from the Emmys.
