It is that time of year again, when our favorite actresses wear exquisite designer gowns and our adored actors look as dapper as ever all suited up.
Awards season has finally kicked off as The Golden Globe Award nominations were finally announced Thursday morning by Jessica Alba, Ed Helms and Megan Fox.
Of course, the highly acclaimed Anne Hathaway has been nominated for her supporting role in Les Miserables, while Ben Affleck’s Argo and Steven Spielberg’s Lincoln are up against each other for best director and best motion picture drama.
Television nominees for Best Comedy Series include CBS’s highly praised The Big Bang Theory, HBO’s quirky comedy hit Girls and NBC’s musically infused Smash.
As previously announced, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are set to serve as the hosts for the 70th annual Golden Globe Awards show, which will air live on Sunday January 13, 2013 on NBC at 5pm PT from the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
