2015 Ford Mustang – Popular Icon Breaks New Ground

Ford revealed their 2015 Mustang at the Computex trade show in Taiwan.

Computex runs from June 3-7, 2014 at the TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall in Taipei and is one of the largest computer and technology fairs in the world.

Ford is at the event to showcase its lineup of innovative in-car connectivity technologies.

To bring that point home, the 2015 Mustang will be the smartest and most advanced pony car ever made. It boasts an array of performance-enhancing features such as SYNC, My Key, a blind spot information system with cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, Intelligent Access with push-button start, and a rearview camera.

Unveiling the all-new Mustang over seas signifies yet another milestone for the popular icon – For the first time ever, the Mustang will be on sale globally in 2015.

The 2015 Mustang brings with it a revamped look. Traditional features remain, notably its long, sculpted hood and short rear deck, but it now has a lower and wider stance.

Also new for the Mustang, it will have selectable driving settings, normal, snow-wet, sport and track, which allow drivers to adjust throttle response, shift control, steering effort and stability control.

How do you feel about the Mustang’s new, sophisticated design? Will it enjoy cult icon status on the global stage?
