Announced at the 2016 Montreal International Auto Show, the all-new Chevrolet Spark will have the lowest MSRP of any car in Canada.
The Spark has been completely redesigned to offer even more for you money. While it has been packed with an impressive amount of standard features, it will have a starting price of just $9,995 plus freight.
Speaking at the release, Nicolas Longpre, assistant brand manager for Chevrolet said, “the new Spark offers Canadians incredibly advanced technology and connectivity features, outstanding fuel efficiency, and greater safety technology than any other mini car out there, all for an incredible value. Spark keeps its owners connected with standard onboard Wi-Fi connectivity and is the first vehicle in the segment to offer both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility – all of these standard features add up to make Spark the Ultimate Mobile Device.”
To protect those inside, the standard safety features include 10 airbags and a back-up camera.
Every Spark will come with a 7-inch MyLink touchscreen infotainment system and, like the rest of the GM family, will have OnStar with 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot. Many of the features can be controlled by voice commands through a button on the steering wheel.
The new Spark is clearly targeted at a younger audience as Chevrolet has learned that 35% of Spark buyers are first time new vehicle buyers.
