9 Cell Phones Offered Free In Father’s Day Sale

Nine popular cell phones are being offered free, with contract purchase, as part of a Father’s Day sale from online cell phone discounter WireFly.

The phones are the Droid X, Droid 2 Global, LG Cosmos Touch, Sanyo Zio, Samsung Transform, LG Optimus S, CLIQ XT, CLIQ 2, and Nokia Astound.

Available free with purchase of a new Verizon contract:

The Droid X from Motorola, an Android smartphone with a large 4.3 inch touchscreen display, an 8 mp camera, and a 1 ghz processor.

The Motorola Droid 2 Global, an Android smartphone with a 3.7 include touchscreen and a slide out keyboard. It has a 5 mp camera and runs on a 1.2 ghz processor.

The LG Cosmos Touch, an Android based smartphone with a 2.8 inch touchscreen, a 1.3 mp camera, a slide out keyboard, and a 600 mhz processor.

Available free with purchase of a new Sprint contract:

The Samsung Zio, an Android based smartphone with a 3.5 inch touchscreen, trackball, a 3.2 mp camera, and a 600 mhz processor.

The Samsung Transform, an Android based smartphone with a 3.5 inch touchscreen, and slide out keyboard, dual cameras (the main is 3.2 mp), and an 800mhz processor.

The LG Optimus S, an Android smartphone with a 3.2 inch touchscreen, a 3.2 mp camera, and a 600 mhz processor.

Free with the purchase of a new T-Mobile contract:

The Motorola Cliq XT, an Android smartphone with Motoblur. It has a 3.1 inch touchscreen display, a 5 mp camera, and a 528mhz processor.

The Motorola Cliq 2 also runs on Android and includes Motoblur. It has a 3.7 inch touchscreen with a slide out keyboard, a 5mp camera, and a 1ghz processor.
