Amazon Christmas Delivery Dates – On Orders From Now To Dec 24, 2012!

Amazon released their Christmas delivery schedule today. In some cities you can order as late as the morning of  Christmas Eve and still have a presents delivered by Christmas!

Items available on Amazon.com include electronics, clothing, books, their popular Kindle tablets, sporting goods, tools, music, toys and much more.

Here is the breakdown of shipping time frames. These shipping options only apply to the United States.

For delivery by Christmas, the ordering deadlines that apply are:

Free Super Saver Shipping (applies to orders above $25) – December 18th
Standard Shipping – December 19th
Two Day Shipping – December 21st
One Day Shipping – December 22nd
Local Express Delivery – December 24th (while available in select cities only)
Last-minute gift cards – can be sent immediately at any time by email or in printable format

There are some restrictions and additional details to the deadlines listed above.

Two Day Shipping orders must be completed by 7 p.m. EST on December 21st. Actual delivery date may vary depending on the item(s) ordered. Two day shipping is free for Amazon Prime Members.

One Day Shipping orders must be completed by 3 p.m. EST on December 22nd. Actual delivery date may vary depending on the item(s) ordered. This shipping option can cost as low as $3.99 per item for Amazon Prime members.

Local Express Delivery is limited to a select number of cities. This option only applies while available and with eligible items. Shipping prices vary depending on the items.

The following cities have Local Express Delivery on December 24th available:

Baltimore, MD – orders must be received by 11 a.m. local time
Boston, MA  – orders must be received by 11 a.m. local time
Chicago, IL – orders must be received by 7 a.m. local time
Indianapolis, IN – orders must be received by 7 a.m. local time
Las Vegas, NV – orders must be received by 10 a.m. local time
New York City, NY – orders must be received by 8:30 a.m. local time
Philadelphia, PA – orders must be received by 10 a.m. local time
Phoenix, AZ – orders must be received by 9:30 a.m. local time
Seattle, WA – orders must be received by 12 p.m. local time
Washington, D.C. – orders must be received by 11 a.m. local time
and unspecified parts of New Jersey – orders must be received by 8:30 a.m. local time

On Christmas day? Options are pretty limited, but Amazon does say that email and printable gift cards can be sent immediately at any time.
