American Horror Story: Asylum… Not For Faint Of Heart

Let the horror begin.

The season two première of American Horror Story: Asylum, which will air on FX network October 17th at 10/9 central, is not for the faint of heart.

American Horror Story delivers creepy starting from the show’s title sequence. The eerie gothic graphics is like a car wreck, you want to look away, but then you don’t.

AHS season one enveloped viewers in a surreal storyline that left even the best of sleuths wondering what in the world was going on? This show is unique, in that the storyline does not continue into the next season. A new story is started in season two and keeps some of the original cast, but the cast plays different characters.

Returning is Jessica Lange as Sister Jude, the nun who runs the asylum along with other cast members from season one. Other returning cast members are Evan Peters as Kit, Sarah Paulson as Lana, and Lily Rabe as Sister Eunice.

New cast members include Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine. Levine will have a recurring role as Leo, one half of a couple known as “The Lovers”.

Other famous faces are Chloë Sevigny, who plays a patient, and Joseph Fiennes, who is Monsignor O’Hara-Sister Judes love interest and second in command.

Sister Jude will also have an antagonist in Leo’s wife, played by Jenna Dewan Tatum (wife of hottie Channing Tatum), who will wreak havoc on Sister Jude’s scheming ways.

Nextflix has AHS season one on DVD and Amazon has the complete first season for purchase on DVD and Blu-Ray. American Horror Story season one is also available on Amazon Instant Video.
