Apple Searching For Someone To Re-Invent Apple TV Experience

Apple Searching For Someone To Re-Invent Apple TV Experience

While people argue that Apple doesn’t give a clue to anyone about their upcoming products, I believe otherwise.

And here’s some proof: this job posting spotted by 9to5mac.

The source points to a new job posting on Apple’s official website which states ‘experienced engineering manager to help deliver the next generation features for Apple TV’.

The candidate will be expected to ‘work closely with cross functional teams’ along with ‘representing Apple TV across Apple’.

The ad indicates Apple is putting some serious thought into a device that has been living under the shadow of their main stream releases; iPhones and iPads.

The job posting also states the manager will help to ‘bring Apple experience to the living room’. Looks like Apple is planning to make the next-generation Apple TV something consumers won’t be able to do without.

This posting seems to be related to the rumor of Apple TV SDK, which would allow developers to create apps, and this could possibly lead to the introduction of a separate Apple TV App Store.

Judging from the overall rumors, Cupertino is set to do whatever it can to make the Apple TV a success.
