The latest monthly batch of Batman: Arkham Knight downloadable content has been announced by Warner Bros. Interactive.
The first pack is dedicated to the 1966 classic television series. It will include a playable Batmobile, two new race tracks, and character skins for Robin and Catwoman, all tailored after the iconic show. This pack complements the Batman character skin, available now, that makes the Dark Knight resemble Adam West’s iteration of the hero.
In addition, a new story mission has been announced for Catwoman, titled “Catwoman’s Revenge”. It will be set after the events of Arkham Knight, and will feature Catwoman seeking payback after being victimized by the Riddler through one of the main game’s side quests. This DLC mission, much like the ones featuring Red Hood, Harley Quinn, and Nightwing, will be brief, but character focused.
Finally, “Crime Figher Challenge Pack #3” will continue to enhance the game’s growing Challenge Mode. It will feature more combat and predator challenges for Batman, Robin, Nightwing, and Azrael to overcome.
It should also be noted that other DLC content has been released this week. One is a playable Batmobile and two race tracks, both modeled after the Christopher Nolan Dark Knight trilogy. The other is a character skin for Batman, modeled after his appearance in Batman: Arkham Asylum.
No prices have been revealed yet. The game is now available for the PS4 and Xbox One, with the PC release still pending.
