Black Friday: Pepper Spray Used To Get xBox

A woman reportedly determined to get in on a deal for an xBox 360 used pepper spray on fellow shoppers to clear her way, according to police in Los Angeles.

LAPD Detective Gus Villanueva said that 10 people were treated at the scene by firefighters, though more could have been affected. It’s been widely reported throughout the day that 20 people suffered minor injuries.

Police are still searching for the woman, who was described as a Latina in her 30’s, who was wearing black pants and a black sweater on Thursday night, when the pepper spraying incident occurred.

Some reports today have said she had three children with her, but the description by police did not include that information. There are also reports that the woman did purchase an xBox on her way out the store, and that the LAPD is going through receipts and surveillance video an in attempt to identify the woman.
