COD Black Ops 2 For Will U Revealed! Xbox, PC, PS3 Release Dates

Call Of Duty is one of the most successful gaming series of all times. Based upon its popularity and its presence on each and every platform avaliable, it was never a secret that the new Wii U will also have it’s dose of the franchise.

Activision’s publishing CEO Eric Hirshberg, officially announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops II is coming to the Wii U during the Nintendo’s Wii U event in New York City.

An interesting feature of the Wii U was displayed during the a demo, when COD Black Ops 2 was played during the event. The developers had a multiplayer match setup with the Singapore map. While one player played the match looking at the television, another player played by looking at the gamepad itself. This offers insight into the versatility and functionality of the two screen approach taken up by the Wii U.

Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 will be a great treat for gamers as the players can use the GamePad to change loadouts, look at an overhead view of maps, and call in point streaks. ShackNews.com reports,”There will also be support for online multiplayer, and eSports CODcasting. However, there was no mention of Call of Duty Elite, and no word on how DLC will be deployed.”

The Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 will be launching for the Xbox 360, PS 3 and PC on November 13, while there was no release date announced for the Wii U version. The Wii U itself launches November 18 in North America, November 30 in Europe, and December 8 in Japan.
