Cross country flights are on sale from Virgin America, which is offering a ‘Fares To Fly By’ sale that includes cross country flights at $149 each way.
The sale requires booking by March 21, 2011, and is for travel from March 28 to June 6. Advanced purchase (14 days) is also required.
The sale features flights between New York – San Francisco, New York – Los Angeles, New York – Las Vegas, Boston – San Francisco, Boston – Los Angeles, D.C. (Dulles) – San Francisco, D.C. (Dulles) – Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale – San Francisco, Fort Lauderdale – Los Angeles, Orlando – Los Angeles, and Orlando – San Francisco, all at $149 each way. These prices are available for flights on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
Also included in the sale are flights between San Francisco – Los Cabos, at $149 each way, Los Angeles – Cancun at $149 each way, and San Francisco – Cancun at $159 each way. These prices are available on flights any day of the week in which regularly scheduled flights occur.
Virgin America lists the black out dates for all the above flights as May 27 and May 31. Seats for this sale are limited and subject to availability.
