Elizabeth Edwards’ Will Leaves Out Estranged Husband

Elizabeth Edwards’ will, signed just days before her death, was revealed today and leaves no speculation as to her feelings about estranged husband John Edwards.

Edwards, who lost a long battle with breast cancer last month, left all of her belongings to her three children while failing to even mention husband John in the final document.

The couple had been estranged since 2008 when the former senator and vice presidential candidate admitted to having an affair with a campaign videographer. He later confessed to fathering a child with the woman.

The will specifically states that all of her belongings are to be divided up among the three children the couple share. 28 year old daughter Catherine was named as executor.
