Ford Recalls Lincoln MKC

Ford is recalling around 13,500 2015 Lincoln MKC vehicles.

The problem is with the location of the push-button keyless ignition switch. The switch is too close to other controls and some customers have accidentally shut off the engine will driving, of the ignition shuts off the restraint system will not function as intended.

Dealers will replace the gearshift module with one that contains the push-to-start button in an alternative location at no cost.
