WonderFox is offering their DVD Ripper software for free, but only until July 3. Its normal retail price is $39.95.
Video conversion software programs are a dime-a-dozen. Free versions are usually a disappointment as the output lacks quality and the editing features are limited.
This DVD Ripper can convert DVD movies on a disc to virtually any digital format. Movies can be converted to a format that is compatible with Blackberry and Android phones; Xbox, PS3 or Wii; iPad, iPhone or iPod, Apple TV, wmv, avi and many more.
Ease of use is the product’s best feature, according to the WonderFox website. They stat that their DVD Ripper software is user-frendly even for inexperienced users. Without knowing the type of video output required for a device, the user can select the name of the device (for example iPod or iPhone) and the software will format the output by the product name.
WonderFox claims that their software is fast, with excellent quality video output. Simultaneous conversion of multiple videos is also possible, where different output formats can be set for each video, as is selecting a variety of output formats from one video input.
The software is downloadable at http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/download/giveaway/setup-dvd-ripper.exe. This is a trial version. To get the licence key to fully activate the free software, WonderFox asks users to go to http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/giveaway/dvd-ripper/form-wonderfoxgiveaway.html. WonderFox promises that the activation key will be sent within 24 hours via e-mail.
