FXX To Air Every Simpsons Episode Ever

Last fall, the up and coming network “FXX” bought out the rights to “The Simpsons” for a whopping $750 million. The network has announced they are preparing to air all 552 episodes, plus the movie, in the longest marathon in television history.

The marathon will begin August 21st and last until September 1st. All 25 seasons will be on in chronological order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I would suggest you start cleaning out that DVR now!

Beginning in October, FXX will make the entire series available online for cable subscribers to watch for free on demand. They will be available online for desktops at SimpsonsWorld.com. Mobile users and smart TVs will be able to access the episodes via the FXNow app.

The Simpsons debuted on the Fox Network on December 17th, 1989 and is America’s longest-running animated program.
