Girl Scout Cookie Sellers Robbed Outside TX Walmart

Girl scouts filling Girl Scout cookies outside of a Walmart in Fort Bend County Texas were robbed Saturday afternoon.

According to Click2Houston.com, a black Toyota Camry pulled up in front of the Walmart where the girls were selling cookies. A male passenger got out of the car and asked the girls about the cookies. After pretending to be interested in buying the cookies, he grabbed the money box, which had approximately $200 in it, and jumped into the Camry.

But the girls were not going to let the bad guy get away that easily. One, identified as Iravia Cotton, attacked the man in the passenger seat, hitting him, while another Girl Scout, Rachel Johnson, grabbed the rear bumper of the car to try to stop them from driving away.. She received minor abrasions from her fall as the car took off.

At this is the point in time, the thieves have not been identified.
