Google Wallet Now Works On Sprint Galaxy S4, HTC One & Galaxy Note 2

Sprint customers using an HTC One,  Galaxy S4, or Galaxy Note 2, and U.S Cellular customers using a Galaxy Note 2, now have access to the Google Wallet app.

Google Wallet is an app that stores credit, debit, gift and loyalty card data in a smartphone or tablet. It uses near field communication (NFC) to transmit the data to PayPass enabled checkout terminals.

Google announce that Google Wallet will now work on the above devices through their official Twitter account.

If you own one of the three devices, you will now be able to take advantage of the service by downloading and installing the wallet app. That app is free and available through the Google Play store.

The replies made to the official tweet indicate that non-Sprint users would also like the service to be made available on their own carriers.

Google Wallet has received a significant number of new updated features, as announced by Google at I/O keynote.

Users can now use the app and buy things with a mere tap from handsets and send money to others without requiring a Gmail account.
