Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn Episode 1 Out Now [Video]

Halo 4 Forward Unto Dawn has officially begun with episode 1 being released by 343 Studios.

Halo 4 Forward Unto Dawn is an attempt to tell the story of Halo to new gamers who may not have played any of the Halo games before, and also for fans of the series who have been longing for an origins story.

The official video was released by 343 studios on Halo’s official website.

Here is the story line for the first episode,”Thomas Lasky came to Corbulo Academy of Military Science with his mother and brother’s impressive military careers hanging over his head. Haunted by ghosts from his past, he has serious doubts about the war he’s expected to fight. As fellow cadet Chyler Silva tries to help him find his place at the academy, tensions with other squad members approach the breaking point.”

Halo 4 Forward Unto Dawn is a series which aims to act as a prologue to the Halo 4 game. This series will tend to tell the Halo story from the “beginning of the human and Covenant war and leads directly into the events of Halo 4”. Thus it will add to the excitement for fans of the Halo series by giving them the roots of the story-line, and also ease new fans into the series.
