Best Buy is making a new pitch to attract HDTV, large screen TV, and home theater buyers.
As of today, they have launched their new ‘”Perfect Match Promise” program, and said they will be having special offers on TV’s from Sony, LG, Samsung, and other major manufactures, throughout the fall.
The new ‘”Perfect Match Promise” includes a 60-day price drop guarantee. According to Best Buy, if a customer let’s them know that the price of their TV has dropped within 60 days of purchase, Best Buy will refund the difference. It’s interesting to note that they do require the customer to initiate the process, it is not automatic.
In addition to the 60-day price drop guarantee, Best Buy is offering a satisfaction guarantee on HDTV’s, TV’s, and home theaters. They say that if the customer is not completely satisfied and let’s them know within 30 days of purchase, they will come pick the TV up and take it back for free.
Along with the ‘”Perfect Match Promise”, Best Buy also announced a 3-year special financing program on home theater purchases of $899 or more, with a financing rate of 0%.
