Hot5: New 5 Minute Fitness App Has Exercise Videos & More | Free

Hot5 is currently number three in the “Best New Apps” list under Health & Fitness on iTunes, has been ranked number one by Forbes on their “10 Must Have Apps For 2014,” and is number one on Fox News’ list of “5 Fitness Apps That Actually Get Results.”

This new fitness app offers numerous five-minute exercise videos that vary in levels of difficulty, accommodating both beginner and experienced users.

These short videos can be used individually and added to a previously existing workout routine, or can be combined to create an entirely new routine.

Hot5 is described on its website as a fitness app that “applies the principles of high intensity circuit training to a variety of short effective workouts.”

The app provides users with videos relating to several types of exercise including yoga, pilates, cardio, and CrossFit, and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Unlike other apps with a video component, Hot5 allows users to store videos so that they are also available offline.

Additionally, Hot5 also has a feature that tracks the number of calories burned during workouts.

Hot5 is a free app and is available to download on iTunes. According to the company, an Android version is not expected to be available until next year.
