Idina Menzel, popular Broadway star and voice of Queen Elsa in Disney’s Frozen, embarked on her world tour May 27 beginning in Seoul, Korea.
Following South Korea Menzel heads to Japan, and will be performing in the Philippines before moving over to Europe.
The remaining countries Menzel will visit include the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States.
Menzel’s most renowned roles include Elphaba (the Wicked Witch of the West) in the Broadway production of Wicked, as well as the voice of Elsa in Disney’s Frozen. Menzel has had another role in Disney’s past when she played Patrick Dempsey’s fiancee Nancy in Enchanted.
Menzel’s tour ensemble will include several broadway songs as well as music originally composed by Menzel.
The tour will end on October 3, with her last performance in Los Angeles, California.
