Is That My Picture on a Piece of Toast?

The Vermont Novelty Toaster Corporation (VNTC) has announced that custom images on toast are now available from their website. For the first time, individual customers and businesses are able to buy toasters which will toast their choice of pictures (logos, artwork, portraits, etc.) on pieces of bread.

Said the VNTC’s president, Galen Dively, “This is a first in the novelty toaster world. Before, setup fees and large minimums effectively limited personalized toasters to larger companies, corporations and individuals with deep pockets. We are creating a whole new market; personalized impressions on toast available to all.”

The company’s website, burntimpressions.com, posted sample pictures last month, with no hint that that individual toasters would be coming up for sale. They received immediate, enthusiastic response from people and businesses all over the country. This spurred them into making the next step.

Mr. Dively went on to say that they have been waiting on the machines so they could mass produce the toasters. With a mixture of a CAD (Computer Aided Design) and plasma torches, VNTC has been perfecting the technology and now they feel it’s ready for the public.

To get a personalized toaster, one just needs to go to the website and upload a high resolution picture and the toaster will be ready for shipping within 3-7 days. Keeping in mind that producing perfect pictures on bread is not possible, if you or the company doesn’t think the image looks enough like the one submitted, they will refund the money.
