As of today, JetBlue has three round trip flights between Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Logan International Airport. That makes three Texas destinations that JetBlue now connects to, the other two being Austin and Houston-Hobby.
Along with the new destination, JetBlue is offering a sale. “To celebrate the new service, flights are on sale today through May 3 at www.jetblue.com/new for as low as $119 for travel May 8 through June 5,” said the company in a statement released to the media.
“Today is a special day for JetBlue as we launch new service to this very important and popular destination for both business and leisure travelers,” said JetBlue’s Vice President of Sales and Revenue Management Dennis Corrigan. “We look forward to connecting our Boston customers with their loved ones and to this major center of commerce and to introducing the people of Dallas/Fort Worth to our iconic brand including free first checked bag, comfy leather seats with room to stretch out, unlimited free snacks and excellence in customer service.”
The Dallas/Fort Worth flights will be aboard JetBlue’s Embraer E190 fleet to begin with, but the company said they plan to introduce mixed service with its Airbus A320 fleet as they head into the summer.
