Kohl’s Narcisco Rodriguez collection debuted today at 30% off list price.
The online collection features dresses, skirts, tops, sweaters and coats. At 6:30 AM (MST) and 1:00 PM (MST) all colors and sizes were available. The online selection is available on Kohl’s’ site.
The Kohl’s Brickyard location in Salt Lake City has 3 double racks of organized and well stocked Rodriguez fashion. The primary colors are black, ivory, fuchsia, and cobalt with dashes of teal and purple. At the Brickyard location, the wrap coat was only available in the cobalt blue; however, the fuchsia version is readily available online.
The Narcisco Rodriguez collection has clean lines and good cuts. The seams and embellishments are tidy and uniformly done. The skirts have attached slips while the dresses do not. This is an important style note as winter approaches. A slip or tights could help these frocks span the seasons.
Fashionologie’ s Justin Fenner reports that Kohl’s will continue their DesignNation series in the spring with a showcase by Derek Lam. His collection is inspired by Rio de Janeiro and the work of visual artist Helio Oiticica. Oiticica’s work involves limited color but lots of structure and movement.
Kohl’s is currently offering free shipping on all orders over $50. In addition, $10 Kohl’s cash may be earned for every $50 spent.
