Longtime nu-metal band Linkin Park is set to release a remix album entitled Recharged in just 3 days.
This will be their 9th album release.
Since their debut album Hybrid Theory, Linkin Park has been one of the most prolific bands there is, putting out an album just about every 2 years.
The last time the band put out a remix album was in 2002 when they released Reanimation. The album peaked at number 2 on the billboard top 200, and remained on the top 200 for 33 straight weeks.
When listening to the preview for this album, the theme of it seems to be dubstep remixes, and when looking to see what fans are saying about the upcoming release, it seemed that the fans were indifferent about it.
Fans may be disappointed in the fact that this is an album of remixes, but they may have to continue being disappointed as the lead vocalist for Linkin Park, Chester Bennington, just replaced Scott Weiland as the lead vocalist of the Stone Temple Pilots. So he may not have time to do anything new with Linkin Park.
Listed below, is the tracklist of Recharged.
