Mass Effect 3 DLC Omega Out Today, Not Available For The Wii U [Trailer]

Omega, the newest DLC expansion for the latest installment in the immensely popular Mass Effect franchise, Mass Effect 3, is now available for download.

The hefty piece of content will cost you only $15, and is said to clock in at nearly 2 GB of space.

The Omega DLC takes place from the fan favorite domain Omega, where Shepard must team up with lawless leader Aria T’Loak to reclaim her territory from ruthless Cerberus agent General Oleg Petrovsky.

From the official Mass Effect website: “Join Omega’s infamous leader in her fight to retake the notorious black market station.  Navigate Omega’s seedy underbelly as Aria joins your squad and you witness her legendary biotic powers and unrelenting ruthlessness first-hand. Help Nyreen Kandros, the valiant turian leader of the Talon mercenary group, as she fights to free the enslaved people of Omega. Face down fearsome new enemies, including the Cerberus-manipulated Reaper, the Adjutant.”

In a bit of disappointing news for Nintendo Wii U owners of the newly released Mass Effect 3 Wii U Edition however, Bioware has announced that the Omega DLC will not be available for the new console.
