New Acne Treatment Called Powerful And Safe

The new skin care product line is geared toward the treatment of acne, aging skin and hyper-pigmentation conditions, and promotes skin rejuvenation.

All individuals are different and treatments work differently on everyone but it is believed the new product could help many of the 85% of teenagers (between the ages of 12 and 24) and 20% of the adult population who suffer from embarrassing acne breakouts and the 25% of teenagers and 33% of adults who will have permanent acne scarring.

Ariel Laboratories 10% active glycolic skincare system includes a cream exfoliant, an acne control wash with salicylic acid, a facial scrub containing aluminum oxide – non abrasive and commonly used in dermabrasion procedures, and hydrolite which has skin lightening properties to help inhibit formation of melanin and evens skin tone.

Bohm commented, “This line was inspired by a plastic surgeon who came to Ariel Labs with the idea of creating a glycolic skin care system. Glycolic is a powerful but safe acid that doesn’t produce any significant side effects. It’s our intention to market the 10% glycolic formulations to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, aestheticians, and other healthcare professionals and to have a reduced glycolic percentage line available for a brand to market directly to consumers.”

Peter Bohm, president and CEO of Ariel Laboratories advised the products can be used in the home, either individually or in conjunction with a complete skin care regime.
