The 2016 TCS NYC Marathon takes place this Sunday, November 8, and we have everything you need to know to watch from home or in person.
The NYC Marathon is a part of the World Marathon Majors series and attracts the best runners from all over the world.
This year over 50,000 runners are expected to participate in the 26.2 mile race that winds through the 5 boroughs.
For those who want to watch, here is everything you need to know:
Race Time & Channel: The race kicks off at 9 A.M. EST and will be broadcast live on WABC, Channel 7, and ESPN2.
Route: Runners will starting off at the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge plaza in Fort Wadsworth, then make their way across to Staten Island. From there they will go through Brooklyn, then Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx, before crossing the finish line in Central Park, by Tavern on the Green.

Free Live Streaming: Free live streaming of the race is available on the ABC.go site, the Watch ABC app for iOS and Android and the Watch ESPN app for Android and iOS.
ABC will stream from 7 A.M. EST until 2 P.M. EST to cover early participants and pre-race coverage.
