“Percy Jackson’s Greek Gods” Out August 19th

Rick Riordan, award winning author for teens, expands the world of Percy Jackson and friends in his new book “Percy Jackson’s Greek Gods” which comes out a week from today.

This book expands on the original Greek myths, but adds some humor and magic that fans of the Percy Jackson series will recognize and love.

Percy Jackson explains all of the original Greek myths, from Apollo to Zeus, within his universe. Readers can expect plenty of hilarity, and an expansion of the information about the Gods within Percy’s world.

The illustrations are done by John Rocco, who illustrated the rest of the Percy Jackson series, as well as other books by Riordan.

Fans of the series are excited for this latest installment, as they eagerly wait for the next book in the “Heroes of Olympus” series, The Blood of Olympus, to be released this October.

Other series by Rick Riordan include the Kane Chronicles and the Tres Navarre mystery series for adults.
