redbox is once again having its 10 Days of Deals!
The movie and game rental giant has had this special at least once before. It’s a 10 day special and on each of those 10 days, a text can be sent to 727272 with the word DEALS, and redbox will send back a promo code for $.10, $.25, $.50, or $1, for use at one of its redbox kiosks.
foursquare (a location based social networking app) members are able to receive the promo code by checking in at any redbox location.
The promo code can be applied as a discount towards the first-day rental of any game or movie at the kiosk.
The 10 Days of Deals special starts tomorrow morning, August 15 and ends August 24. On its kickoff day, August 15, members of foursquare are able to receive a $1 off promo code by doing a foursquare check-in at any redbox kiosk at a Walgreens store.
Promo codes received during redbox’s 10 days of deals expire on August 24, 2011. There’s a limit of one promo code per day, and they can only be used once. The code cannot be used for online, app, or prior rentals.
