The long-awaited series finale of ‘Sons of Anarchy’ will take place this Tuesday night (December 9th), but thanks to a leak some fans already know how it will all play out.
It seems, ‘Sons of Anarchy: The Official Collectors Edition Book, which was set to be released on December 1oth- the day AFTER the finale was mistakenly sent out early by some distributors, giving fans the ultimate spoiler.
The book was intended to enhance this epic final season to the jaw-dropping drama, with behind-the-scenes pictures, cast interviews and more.
The book contains sensitive information in regards to the final episode and now a page from the book, showing a list of characters who have died each season- including the current and final season 7, is making the rounds of social media.
Needless to say fans and show creator Kurt Sutter are livid, although not necessarily for the same reasons.
Sutter tweeted an apology via Twitter, saying that he takes responsibility for the mistake since the book was his idea and that he hopes everyone who got a copy keeps the ending to themselves (too late for that!)
He also had a lot of colorful adjectives to describe the people who messed up (needless to say they won’t be doing business with Kurt again anytime soon) and promised heads would roll.
Meanwhile, fans were also outraged by the leak, but surprisingly a majority of them were more upset by the actual ending.
Consumer Press won’t reveal that spoiler information, but we can tell you several fans we spoke to are “disappointed” and angry over the outcome and there are many who are fuming about it on Facebook and other social platforms.
For those who want to know you can find out easily enough and those who don’t might want to stay off social media until after the finale airs.
The series finale of ‘Sons of Anarchy’ airs this Tuesday, December 9 at 10 P.M. (EST) on FX.
