‘Sons of Anarchy’ creator Kurt Sutter revealed to Entertainment Weekly how many club members will die this season and fans will be surprised to hear it’s less than they thought.

Fans have been predicting that most of the cast would be wiped out by season’s end, but Sutter told Entertainment Weekly: “Two will be dead” adding: “I don’t think there will be more than that.”

While this news will come as a relief to fans of the show the question still remains- who will be the two that die?

We have to assume that Juice (Theo Rossi) will be one of them.  Jax already wanted Juice  gone for spilling to Nero (Jimmy Smits) that he killed Darvany on Jax’s orders.

Once Jax learns Juice helped cover up Tara’s murder I don’t think anything will save him.

Who the other club member might be is completely debatable.  Sutter never does anything for shock value, so we can’t assume he will automatically kill off a fan favorite like Chibs (Tommy Flanagan) to make a statement.

However, if it makes sense to the trajectory of the story he will do it, so no one is really off-limits.

I will say that this news makes me even more confident Jax (Charlie Hunnam) will be one of the last guys standing.

It’s also worth noting that Sutter said only two “club members” would die, which means anyone who is not a part of SAMCRO can still go.

So Gemma (Katey Sagal), who is not a club member (although I think she thinks she is) is still very much on the chopping block as is Nero.

Based on what we recently learned about Gemma and the upcoming season, it’s a good bet that she doesn’t ride off into the sunset.

Sutter is currently writing episode 9 of 13, so at this point he probably has a pretty good vision of what will be.

In just 20 more days we’ll get to see that vision play out on screen for one last ride.

The 7th and final season of ‘Sons of Anarchy’ premieres Tuesday, September 9 at 10 P.M. on FX.

Season 6 will be available this coming Tuesday from Best Buy and Amazon.
