The Shallows, Me Before You & Cell – Now At Redbox

This week’s Redbox releases include The Shallows, Me Before You, Cell, Finding Altamira, Eat That Question: Frank Zappa In His Own Words, and Center Stage: On Pointe.

The Shallows is the 2016 thriller about a surfer who fights for her life after getting attacked by a great white shark and stranded 200 yards from shore.

The Shallows stars Blake Lively, Óscar Jaenada, Brett Cullen, Angelo Josue Lozano Corzo, and Jose Manuel Trujillo Salas.

Me Before You is the 2016 romantic drama adapted from the 2012 novel of the same name by Jojo Moyes.

In the flick, a young girl’s attitude is put to the test when she becomes a caregiver for a wealthy young banker paralyzed from an accident.

Emilia Clarke, Sam Claflin, Janet McTeer, Charles Dance, and Brendan Coyle star in Me Before You.

Next up is Cell, the 2016 sci-fi horror flick based on the 2006 Stephen King novel of the same name about a graphic novelist searching for his estranged wife and son after a mysterious cellphone signal transforms people into rabid killers.

Cell stars John Cusack, Samuel L. Jackson, Isabelle Fuhrman, Stacy Keach, and Alex Ter Avest.

Finding Altamira is the 2016 drama that chronicles the 1879 discovery of 10,000 year-old stone age cave paintings by a Spanish archaeologist and his daughter in the Cave of Altamira in Cantabria, Spain.

Antonio Banderas, Golshifte Farahani, Nicholas Farrell, Henry Goodman, and Pierre Niney star in Finding Altamira.

Eat That Question: Frank Zappa In His Own Words is the 2016 documentary film featuring interviews, concert performances and archival footage from the life and career of musician Frank Zappa.

Eat That Question: Frank Zappa In His Own Words features appearances from Frank Zappa, Steve Allen, and Angel.

Last but not least this week is Center Stage: On Pointe, the 2016 drama serving as the third installment in the Center Stage film series and sequel to the 2008 flick Center Stage: Turn It Up.

This time around, in order to solve its financial problems, the American Ballet Academy gets help from a few top choreographers in order to recruit dancers for a chance to win an opportunity to join the academy.

Nicole Munoz, Kenny Wormald, Barton Cowperthwaite, Chloe Lukasiak, and Rachele Brooke Smith star in Center Stage: On Pointe.
