The Voice Season 6 Blind Auditions Night 2: Delvin Choice Is Back

The Voice Season 6 Blind Auditions Night 2: Delvin Choice Is Back

It’s Night 2 of Blind Auditions on NBC’s Season 6 of The Voice.

Two- time winner Adam Levine and three-time winner Blake Shelton are back for another season, joined by Shakira and Usher, who are each hungrier than ever to snag a win for their respective teams.

There were a slew of great performances on last night’s season premiere from Christina Grimmie’s performance of Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball” to Bria Kelly’s performance of James Taylor’s “Steamroller Blues.” Oh, gosh and who can forget TJ Wilkins’ unbelievable R&B spin to “Bennie & The Jets.”

Tonight, there was one blind audition that really stood out from all the rest. Drum roll please….and the performer who blew us away is Delvin Choice, who performed “A Song For You” By Donny Hathaway.

26-year-old Starbucks barista Delvin Choice did happen to audition on Season 5 of The Voice, but unfortunately did not get any chairs to turn around.

He performed a Ne-Yo dance track and it was Adam who asked him to come back with a song that would really showcase his vocal chops.

He came back this season, followed Adam’s advice and really proved why he deserves a spot on Season 6 of The Voice.

His performance of Donny Hathaway’s “A Song For You” revealed his colorful vocal range as he captivated us with his emotionally powerful delivery. This guy oozes soul and we love it!

All the coaches turned their chairs pretty quickly, except for Usher, who ended up turning literally at the last second!

Adam says, “There is no doubt in my mind you could win this whole thing.”

Blake says he is blown away, while Shakira solemnly swears to take him to the top.

Usher promises to always provide him with brutal honesty, but in the end, Delvin chooses Team Adam!

Were you impressed by Delvin’s audition tonight? Who was your favorite performance on Night 2 of Blind Auditions? We want to know! Leave your thoughts below!
