A while ago, we posted about Nokia Lumia coming to Canadian carriers Telus and Kooko.
Looks like Windows 8 devices aren’t shy of entering other markets as well.
Vodafone UK has announced through a blog post that it will be offering Windows 8 phones starting from February 6th.
The devices include HTC 8X, HTC 8S, Nokia Lumia 620, Nokia Lumia 820 and Nokia Lumia 920.
The carrier also made a statement saying they are working day and night to get the latest breed of Windows 8 devices through network testing.
The Nokia Lumia 620, Nokia Lumia 820 and Nokia Lumia 920 and HTC 8X will be available in two colors. The HTC 8x only has one color offering.
Nokia Lumia 920 and HTC 8X will target the high end consumers in the UK market. The pricing for all the handsets is unknown at this point.
The blog post also mentioned these five devices would make a new Windows 8 army, which means there may be other members joining the ranks later, perhaps some Windows 8 Samsung models.
Do you see Windows 8 handsets doing well in UK? Feel free to leave your thoughts.
