This month’s Amazon app bundle includes over $50 worth of apps for a total of zilch dollars.
As usual, games feature heavily in the collection. There are also a few utilities and hardware accessory apps.
Highlights include:
AirReceiver (normally $2.99) and Mirroring360 (normally $6.99): Not one but two apps that allow an Android device to mirror the display of an iOS device via AirPlay. AirReceiver supports DLNA, AirParrot, AirSender, and AirMirror as well. Both apps have middling reviews, so one might work better for you than the other. For similar functionality, you might also try AirBuddy, which is always free but has an even lower rating.
tinyCam Monitor PRO for IP Cam (normally $2.99): Supporting more than 150 vendors, tinyCam Monitor PRO can control network-attached cameras. View up to 16 feeds simultaneously and control pan, tilt, zoom, and audio on compatible models.
Other non-game apps are Simply Yoga, Alarm Clock Pro, AVG AntiVirus PRO, and Weather Live.
If you do want to play, the acclaimed Monument Valley (normally $3.99) heads the lineup. This Escher-inspired puzzler took the Grand Prix at the International Mobile Game Awards in March.
Space action fans, try Crazy Rocket (normally $0.99), M.A.C.E. (normally $1.99), and No Gravity (normally $3.00). Motorsports aficionados can download Table Top Racing (normally $2.97) and Monkey Racing (normally $2.99). Ten other RPGs, puzzlers, and adventure titles are also available.
The apps and games will be free for a full week, through July 1.
