The 2012 Dancing With the Stars competitors were revealed this morning on ABC’s Good Morning America.
The celebrities and professional dancers are:
Jack Wagner: a star from ‘General Hospital’ and ‘Melrose Place’… and a former fiance of Heather Locklear. Wagnar will be paired with pro Anna Trebunskaya.
Donald Driver, a wide receiver with the 2011 Super Bowl Champions, the Green Bay Packers. He will be partnered with pro Peta Murgatroyd.
Maria Menounos, co-host of ‘Extra.’ She will be teamed up with pro Derek Hough.
Sherri Shepherd, who is a co-host of ‘The View.’ She will be partnered with pro Val Chmerkovskiy.
Jaleel White – aka Steve Urkel on ‘Family Matters.’ He will be teamed up with Kym Johnson.
Melissa Gilbert, who was Laura Ingalls on ‘Little House on the Prairie’. She will be dancing with pro Maskim Chmerkovskiy.
William Levy, a star on Telenovela. He will be dancing with pro Cheryl Burke.
Gavin DeGraw, pop singer, famous for ‘I Don’t Want to Be’ and ‘I’m In Love With a Girl.’ He will be paired with pro Karina Smirnoff.
Katherine Jenkins, an opera star who has performed on DWTS in the past. She will be dancing with pro Mark Ballas.
Martina Navratilova, tennis star and winner of 18 Grand Slam titles. She will be paired with pro Tony Dovolani.
Roshon Fegan, star on Disney’s ‘Shake It Up.’ He will be partnered with pro Chelsie Hightower.
Gladys Knight, of Gladys Knight and the Pips fame. She will be dancing with pro Tristan MacManus.
This spring’s Dancing With the Stars will mark the show’s 14 season. The first night of competition, which is televised live by ABC, will be on Monday, March 19, 2012, starting at at 8 PM Eastern Standard Time.
