The 2015 US Open kicks off this Thursday, June 18, from Chambers Bay in University Place, Washington, and many think this may be the most unpredictable and challenging Open yet.
The US Open is known as the “toughest test in golf,” and that may hold true this year considering that Chambers Bay is a brand new venue that has never been played on by any of the participants and it features an atypical Open layout.
If that wasn’t enough, this year’s field of players is erratic to say the least, with Rory McIlroy missing 2 cuts, Tiger Woods looking his age and Phil Mickelson now 45 years old.
