2016 Emmy Awards: Time, Live Stream, Red Carpet Info, Nominees & More

The 68th annual Emmy Awards, televisions biggest night, takes place this Sunday, September 18, and we have the scoop on when, where and how to watch so you don’t miss a thing.

Hosted once again by fan favorite Jimmy Kimmel, here is everything you need to know, from the time and channel, to free live streaming options, red carpet information and a list of nominees:

Time & Channel: The show will air live from the Microsoft theater in Los Angeles on ABC starting at 8 P.M. EST/ 5 P.M. PST.

Free Live Streaming: Free live streaming of the awards is available on your PC’s via the ABC website and on your tablets and smartphones via the ABC Go app for Android and iOS.

Coverage is free but you need to log in using a participating cable provide and some remote areas do not allow access to live coverage so check to make sure it is available in your area.

Red Carpet TV & Streaming Coverage: Red carpet coverage will be available on TV and online from both ABC and the E! channel. Here’s hpw and where to catch it:

ABC: ABC will air red carpet coverage on TV starting at 7 P.M. EST/ 4 P.M. PST and also stream it in the ABC Go app, which you can access using the link above.

E!: The E! channel has teamed up with People magazine and will have extensive pre-show and red carpet coverage starting on the E! channel at 4:30 P.M. EST/ 1:30 PST.

From 4:30-6 P.M. EST/ 1:30 P.M.-3 P.M. PST they will air behind the scenes coverage, interviews and more with teams in Los Angeles at the Microsoft Theater as well as in New York.

From 6-8 P.M. EST/ 3-5 P.M. PST the will host their red carpet show, called The PEOPLE & EW Red Carpet Live Show.

It will air on T.V. and also stream for free on the websites for PEOPLE, EW, InStyle, Essence and TIME.
