300: Rise Of An Empire & Winter’s Tale – Now At Redbox

This week’s Redbox releases include 300: Rise of an Empire, Cesar Chavez, Heaven Is For Real, Tyler Perry’s The Single Moms Club, The Angriest Man In Brooklyn and
Winter’s Tale.

300: Rise of an Empire is the sequel to the highly-successful 2007 film 300.

This time around, the battleground shifts to the sea as the Greek armies face off against Persian forces led by King Xerxes and Artemesia, commander of the Persian navy.

300: Rise of an Empire stars Sullivan Stapleton, Eva Green, Lena Headey, Hans Matheson and Rodrigo Santoro.

Cesar Chavez tells the story of the famous civil-rights activist and labor organizer Cesar Chavez.

Chavez is widely known as co-founder of the United Farm Workers (UFW) labor union.

The biographical film stars Michael Pea, America Ferrera, Rosario Dawson, Wes Bentley and Michael Cudlitz.

Heaven Is For Real is the 2014 drama based on the 2010 book of the same name.

The film follows a proud father and his young son who, in a near death experience, says he experienced Heaven.

Heaven Is For Real stars Greg Kinnear, Kelly Reilly, Thomas Haden Church, Connor Corum and Lane Styles.

In Tyler Perry’s The Single Moms Club, a group of single moms come together and form a support group in order to better themselves and the lives of their children.

Tyler Perry’s The Single Moms Club stars Nia Long, Amy Smart, Cocoa Brown, Terry Crews and William Levy.

Next up, Robin Williams and Mila Kunis star in The Angriest Man In Brooklyn.

The dramedy is actually a remake of the 1997 Israeli flick The 92 Minutes of Mr. Baum.

In the film, a man races against the clock in order to fix his wrongs after a physician mistakenly tells him that he has only 90 minutes left to live.

Peter Dinklage, Melissa Leo and James Earl Jones co-star in The Angriest Man In Brooklyn.

And finally this week is Winter’s Tale, starring Colin Farrell.

When a young woman dies shortly after meeting her true love, he becomes determined to save her using his gift of reincarnation.

Jessica Brown Findlay, Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly and William Hurt co-star in Winter’s Tale.

Other releases this week include American Girl: Isabelle Dances Into The Spotlight, Appleseed Alpha, El Cartel de los sapos, Make Your Move, Penguins Of Madagascar: Operation Search and Rescue and the documentary Made In America.
