ABC 2014 Midseason Schedule Announced – Times & Return Dates

Suburgatory returns to ABC Wednesday, January 15, 2014.

Changes are coming to ABC’s primetime television lineup.

This week, the telelvision network released its 2014 midseason schedule.

Unfortunately, fans of the ABC drama Revenge will have to wait one hour later to catch their favorite show.

In early 2014, the series will move from 9:00 PM on Sundays to 10:00 PM.

The current 10PM Sunday night drama Betrayal will end its 13 episode limited series order on January 19.

While an indefinite series cancellation has yet to be announced, chances of a pickup order are slim to none.

The Maggie Lawson comedy Back in the Game will also end once its limited 13 episode run has been completed.

Wonderland will air its midseason finale on December 12.

The struggling Once Upon A Time spin-off will return in the spring with new episodes; however, no exact date has been announced.

Beginning January 2, a second season of ABC’s The Taste will return in the Wonderland slot.

The successful ABC comedy Suburgatory will be returning for its third season beginning Wednesday, January 15 at 8:30 PM.

With Dancing With the Stars on a break, The Bachelor will begin its new season on Monday, January 6.

Of course, fans of Once Upon A Time, Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal can rest easy.

All three shows are scheduled to return to their same time slots, with new episodes of Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal beginning Thursday, February 27.

Nashville is one of the few ABC shows that will continue to run brand new episodes during January and February in their regular time slot.

New shows scheduled to debut during the midseason include the Texas Rangers drama Killer Women (running for 8 weeks), the comedy Mixology, a new drama series Resurrection, and the new Christian Slater drama Mind Games.
