‘Apollo 18’ So Busted? Reviews & Trailer {Video}

Apollo 17 launched December 17, 1972, and was the last manned mission to the moon. In December 1974, two American astronauts were sent on a top secret mission to the moon funded by the US Department of Defense.

According to the description for “Apollo 18,” this is movie is actual footage captured on their mission. While NASA denies its authenticity, others claim that it is the real reason we have never gone back to the moon.

On September 2, “Apollo 18” opened in theaters. On Rotten Tomatoes, “Apollo 18” scored a less than satisfactory rating with not so great reviews on opening night.

“Apollo 18” has a running time of 86 minutes and is rated PG-13.
