Product (RED) gift card amounts for purchases of Apple devices made on Black Friday are now available.
On Sunday, Apple announced this year’s ‘Product(RED)’ campaign as a fundraiser for the fight against AIDS. In addition to the various specialized ‘Apps for (RED)’ that are currently available on the App Store, Apple has also announced that it will be offering customers special (RED) Apple Store gift cards with the purchase of a qualifying product.
New to the Product(RED) promotion this year, Apple will be offering a $50 Apple Store gift card with the purchase of a new iPhone, including the iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C. $50 gift cards are also available with the purchase of any new iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad Mini 3, iPad Mini 2 or iPad Mini.
$25 gift cards can be claimed alongside any new iPod touch, iPod nano, Apple TV or, also new this year, any headphones or speakers made by Beats by Dr. Dre.
Lastly, $100 Apple Store gift cards are included with purchases of any new iMac, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Retina iMac or MacBook Pro with Retina Display.
This promotion will be available at Apple’s online store as well as official retail stores on Black Friday, November 28th. Additionally, from November 28th until December 1st, World AIDS Day, Apple will be donating a portion from its online and retail sales to the Global AIDS Fund.
