Arrow’s Stephen Amell Shows That He is a Real Life Superhero

Stephen Amell certainly is the ambitious one.

When he is not fighting the bad guys as Oliver Queen in CW’s Arrow, tending to his vineyard in Cali, or even training, then he is raising money for the fight against cancer.

Amell has recently contributed to the charity F*ck Cancer, raising money by selling t-shirts and having one hundred percent of the profits going to benefit those suffering from cancer.

In between shooting scenes for Arrow, Stephen has been reaching out to his fans via his Facebook and Twitter, streaming himself online and encouraging people to help contribute to the campaign.

And it certainly made a difference!

Thursday night brought the conclusion of the campaign which more than exceeded the original goal of selling 500 shirts, and instead sold more than 21,000 shirts, drawing in a total of at least $378,000 to benefit F*ck Cancer. (Source: https://represent.com/stephen)

With over two million followers on Facebook, I think Stephen Amell set the bar a little low as far as selling, but that’s ok considering the overall results.

Stephen Amell, you are a true hero in my book. You can save my city any day.
