Galaxy U.S pre-order details have been announced by AT&T.
Starting from 16th April, shoppers will be able to pre-order Galaxy S4 at $249.99 on a two-year contract. In a statement, AT&T said:
“Continuing our legacy as the first carrier to launch Samsung’s Galaxy series, we are excited to announce AT&T customers will be able to begin pre-ordering the Galaxy S4 beginning April 16 for $249.99 with a two-year commitment. We are proud to offer this iconic device and continue to offer our customers the best smartphone line-up, with a variety of devices for every lifestyle and budget. For more information and to pre-order, please visit http://www.att.com/galaxys4.”
The carrier didn’t mention if the device will be available in both colors, White Frost and Black Mist, in the initial pre-order stage.
There’s only a single price announced so far, which indicates only the 16 GB version of S4 will be offered by AT&T.
It’s likely to be S4 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 600, as the carrier will sell a 4G LTE compatible handset.
T-Mobile recently revealed they’ll be offering the Samsung Galaxy S4 for $99 off-contract, but with monthly installments of $20 recurring for a period of 24 months, same as they are doing for the iPhone 5.
More U.S carriers are expected to make announcements soon.
