Bare Minerals Releases New Liquid Foundation

Bare Minerals has just announced the release of a liquid foundation to their cosmetics line.

Called BareSkin, the foundation is described as having a “no-makeup look and feel,” according to the company.

BareSkin is initially going to be released in 12 shades on February 21 through QVC.com.

Advance orders can be placed through QVC for the foundation and a brush for $39.98 (normally $48) plus $4.97 shipping and handling.

Beginning May 1, BareSkin will be available in 20 shades on BareMinerals.com and through other Bare Minerals retailers.

Available in a 1 fl. oz./30mL size, BareSkin will retail for $29.

The product is non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic, and has been dermatologist tested.

BareSkin also doesn’t contain harmful ingredients such as parabens, silicone, oils, or fragrance.

A coconut-derived base makes up the foundation along with jojoba-coated mineral pigments.

Sunscreen is also incorporated through a non-chemical broad spectrum SPF 20.

Shoppers can sign up at BareMinerals.com to be notified when BareSkin is in stock or tune in to The Lisa Robertson Show on QVC from 10-11 pm EST on February 21, 2014.
