Every year celebrities become the topic of conversation with their selection of baby names and 2010 was no different.
Babycenter wanted to see the average parent thought of those celebrity baby names and conducted a poll to find the best and worst of 2010. 2000 people responded and the website has released the results of the top ten best and worst celebrity baby names of 2010.
Topping the list of best baby names in 2010 was Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Durham’s choice of Grace Margaret for their daughter. She was followed by Harper Grace, chosen by couple Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka. Third Place with Aviana Olea, daughter of Amy Adams and Darren Legallo. The remainder of the top ten best names are Olivia Marie, Bryn, Eli, Stella Zavala, Gia Francesca, Levi James and Easton.
Even though the names in 2010 were not as unusual as they have been in the past, there were some among them that the respondents just did not care for. Jamie Oliver and wife Juliette Norton took top honor as the worst baby name choice with Buddy Bear Maurice. Alicia Keys and Kaseem Dean came in second with Egypt Daoud. Third place was Cosima, chosen by Claudia Schiffer and Matthew Vaughn. The last seven of the worst names according to the poll are Axel, Krishna, Gideon Scott, Billie Beatrice, Abel James, Vida and Nelson.
