Last-minute shoppers have a number of options to get their gifts on time for Christmas 2015 from Best Buy, but time is running out for free shipping.
Free 2-Day holiday shipping on select items will end at BestBuy.com on Tuesday morning for the 2015 Christmas season.
To take advantage of Best Buy’s eligible items offering free 2-day expedited shipping with delivery in time for Christmas 2015, purchases must be made by 10:30am CT on Tuesday, December 22.
Certain items are not eligible for expedited 2-day shipping at Best Buy. These include movies, music, select Marketplace items, certain scheduled delivery items, “In Store Only” items and select other items, according to Best Buy.
The cutoff for paid overnight shipping at BestBuy.com with delivery in time for Christmas 2015 is 10:30am CT on Wednesday, December 23.
The last chance to order items online for in-store pickup is 4pm local time on December 24 before stores close at 6pm.
Best Buy’s e-gift cards can be ordered online and delivered almost instantly, anytime including Christmas Day, via email at bestbuy.cashstar.com/gift-card/buy. Users can customize their e-gift cards with personal messages and select from a variety of graphics.
Shoppers who spend $150 or more on Best Buy e-gift cards will receive a special $10 savings code delivered to their inbox on January 1, 2016. The savings code can be used in-stores or online through January 22, 2016.
Best Buy’s store hours for the rest of the 2015 Christmas season are as follows:
• Dec. 21 – 23: 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Dec. 24: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Dec. 25: Closed
• Dec. 26: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• Dec. 27: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Shoppers can confirm items available for free expedited 2-day shipping by adding them to their cart online. Eligible items will automatically show free expedited shipping at that point. The “Get it by” date in cart will note whether items are scheduled to arrive before Christmas or not.
