Last night at the iconic MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs), Beyoncé announced on the red carpet that her and husband, Jay-Z, are having a baby!
Upon hearing the news, MTV quickly tweeted: “OMG Beyonce just made a huge announcement on the #vma carpet! #baby!!!!!”
Later that night Beyoncé performed “Love on Top,” while wearing a shimmery purple blazer, maternity pants and gravity-defying heels. Beyoncé told the crowd, “I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside me,” as she rubbed her belly.
At the end of the song, Queen Bee excitedly threw open her blazer and showed off her baby bump for the world to see! Jay-Z and Kayne West had priceless reactions, while Lady Gaga, dressed as her male alter-ego, Jo Calderone, cheered happily as well.
